reserved until the purchase is completed at a later time.

Economy fares do not qualify for the ticket change. However, United
refunds a passenger in full if the request is put through within 24
hours of the purchase. Also, the purchase must be made at least a week
before the departure.

refund form. Also, either one of the following is required to process
for a lost ticket refund:
Loss of Ticket Number.
If the purchase was made through, check a copy of the canceled check
